THE presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP) in the general elections, Mr Peter Gregory Obi, has promised Nigerians that the country will be secured if he is voted as president of Nigeria in the forthcoming general elections.

The LP presidential flagbearer made this promise on Wednesday during his presidential campaign rally at U.J. Esuene Stadium Calabar in Calabar the capital of Cross River State.

Speaking to the excited supporters of the former Anambra governor, Obi promised that: “We will secure Nigeria as one united entity. We will secure Nigeria as a federating unit.”

Assuring the people of Cross River on his plans about tourism development, Peter Obi said “We will make tourism work in the state.”
