57 per cent Twitter users vote for Elon Musk’s resignation as Twitter CEO

American Billionaire and owner of Twitter Inc., Elon Musk, launched a poll on Twitter on Sunday for users to decide if he should resign from his position as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Twitter.

Surprisingly, a large number of the bird app users who engaged in poll voted that Elon Musk should be removed as the CEO of the social media platform which he acquired recently.

Meanwhile, founder of American multinational automotive, Tesla Inc. has promised users that the the outcome of the poll will he honoured and considered.

A total of 57.5 per cent out of 17.5 million users of Twitter who participated in the poll asked that Elon Musk should be removed.

Elon Musk, while putting up the poll on Sunday: “Should I step down as head of Twitter? I will abide by the results of this poll.”

On October 28, the world richest man Elon Musk, acquired Twitter for a fee of $44 billion after completing the deal to purchase the popular social media platform.
