In commemoration of the EndSARs protest that happened in Nigeria on October 20, 2022, where many Nigerians were gruesomely killed, the citizens gathered at the Lekki Tollgate in Lekki, Lagos.

Sadly, the memorial procession to mark the second anniversary of the shooting that led to the death of many Nigerians still witnessed some casualties as the Nigerian Police shot tear gas at Nigerians who came out to commemorate.

Several Nigerians, including Amnesty International have alleged that officers of the Nigerian Army shot at the protesters.

The protesters came out in their numbers on Thursday morning led by popular Nigerian musician, Falz, AAC presidential candidate, Omoyele Sowore and Mr. Macaroni to stage a peaceful walk at the Lekki tollgate in commemoration of the shooting that took place at the scene two years ago.
