A digital summit on environmental issues that affect the sanitary sector has been finalized by GROHE.

The worldwide brand will collaborate with experts at the summit with the topic “Caring for Water” to talk about the future of life, the sanitary sector, and a sustainable path ahead.

The summit is another piece of the hybrid customer experience puzzle that is GROHE.

Jonas Brennwald, Leader, Lixil Emena, commented on the summit, saying: “To address the social and environmental issues we face today, it is more important than ever to share knowledge and spark new ideas. The GROHE X Summit program is designed to inform, inspire, and bring our industry together to make change happen. This event is taking our hybrid customer experience to a new level, providing a platform to face the challenges of our time together and looking into the future with honesty, optimism and a firm sense of collaboration. At the same time, this is also a kick-off for us for several physical events that will immerse customers in our sub-brand worlds over the next year.”

The GROHE X Summit 2023, which will be held on the brand’s digital experience hub GROHE X from March 7-9 2023, is being announced today by GROHE, a leading worldwide brand for full bathroom solutions and kitchen fittings,

The three-day event, with the theme “Caring for Water,” will feature a variety of formats to explore and discuss the solutions the sanitary industry needs to find to the challenges of our time, how sustainable building can thrive, and the crucial role water plays in all of this. These include inspiring keynotes, thought-provoking panel discussions, and masterclasses.

The program will be supplemented with exhibits of new goods and technology, showing off how GROHE’s product line is prepared for the future and giving clients the greatest assistance possible to expand their enterprises in a sustainable tomorrow.

The digital experience center GROHE X, which debuted in March 2021, served as the starting point for GROHE’s hybrid customer experience. It has had approximately 2 million page visits with over 200 content items and 14 language variations. The GROHE X Brand & Communication Experience Center in Hemer, Germany, opened in the spring of 2022, extending this online community.

The center combines five cutting-edge studios for training and content development, as well as hybrid events, with a real visitor facility. Three GROHE X Motion Trucks may bring the brand experience to the consumer directly, in addition to the GROHE brand’s involvement in smaller local trade exhibitions to allow in-person interactions with customers and practical contact with the goods.
