The Independent National Electoral commission has released the current national statistics for PVC registrations.

Despite emerging complains from Nigerians across different geo-political zones concerning their inability to successfully register for their PVCs the commission has recorded a degree of success in the ongoing exercise.

INEC had recently provided more machines to aid the fluid registration of Nigerians across the country.

This is besides the campaigns it has organized, such as the youth vote count mega concert which held in Lagos and Abuja respectively. An avenue which INEC used to register thousands of prospective voters.

Below is an update on the recent strides recorded by INEC.

CVR Update: Quarter 4, WK 11 as at 7am, Monday 27th June 2022. Fresh Registrants: 10,487,972 completed Registration: 8,631,696 Type: Online – 3,250,449 Physical – 5,381,247

Male: 4,292,690 Female: 4,339,006 PWDs: 67,171 Youths: 6,081,456
