Instagram Is Introducing Stories with Song Lyrics for Reels for a smoother user experience and interaction.
Similar to Instagram Stories, users will soon be able to add song lyrics to their Reels on Instagram. This comes after it was reported that Instagram was testing out a few new features. A portion of the features dealt with reorganizing our feeds, while others dealt with group publishing. But since it has been available on Instagram Stories for some time, people are accustomed to the new song lyrics feature that was added to Instagram Reels.
Adam Mosseri, the CEO of Instagram, made the announcement on his broadcast channel. According to him, the group discovered that people frequently added song lyrics by hand to their videos. He expressed in the announcement his hope that this feature will support users and facilitate their self-expression. He also mentioned that further features for Reels are currently being developed by the firm.
If you wish to include song lyrics in an edited Instagram Reel, you must first touch on the music icon and choose a song. You can swipe left to add the lyrics after you’ve chosen the music you want to add the words to. This functions similarly to Instagram Stories’ Music feature, which lets us post song lyrics—if they are available—to Stories for a considerable amount of time.

According to recent statements made by Mosseri, Instagram is developing a feature that allows users to ask friends to add to their feed postings, creating collaborative carousel posts. The concerned user will be able to see an option to “Add to post” in order to upload further photographs once the invite has been issued.
Another statement suggests that soon users will also be able to view posts from verified individuals. Instagram stated that it is actively testing its features and soliciting user feedback in order to make it better. Three feeds are available: one from Following users, one from Favorites users, and one from Meta Verified users. This might make businesses and creators more visible.
