A 22-foot python in Indonesia has eaten alive 54-year-old grandmother, Jarah after she went into the jungle to get rubber.
As reported by the DailyMail, 54-year-old Jarah was missing since on Friday night in a woodland close to her family home in Jambi province, located on the western isles of Sumatra.
It was after Jarah’s family had raised alarm over her whereabouts that the villagers went in search of her and some days later, the locals found a big snake lying in the forest with a swollen stomach and when the python’s stomach was dissected, 54-year-old Jarah was inside, dead.
“The victim did not come home after saying goodbye to her family to go to the garden collecting rubber from trees on Friday.
“Her family then reported her missing to the local authorities, and a search has been carried out since then.
“Residents killed the snake and dissected its stomach. Everyone was astonished. It turned out that the woman we were looking for was in the snake’s stomach,” and official said.
