Mr Peter Obi, the Labour Party presidential candidate has announced his visit to Egypt to understudy it’s vital sectors. It is part of his intended series of visits to comparable countries to Nigeria.
The former Anambra state Governor is looking to add to his wealth of knowledge and experience in order to show Nigerians that he is qualified for the job and make his portfolio stand out distinctively from the crowd.He made this know via his Twitter handle on Tuesday, after he departed.
The visit will last for three days and it’s purpose is to carry out a detailed study of comparable counties to Nigeria with emphasis on sectors such as power, education, planning and finance sector.
His tweet reads “I just departed for Egypt on a 3-day visit as part of my detailed study of comparable countries to Nigeria. In Egypt, I am expected to understudy, among others, the Egyptian Power Sector, Education, Planning and Finance Sectors. -P.O.”
Many Nigerians are already applauding his efforts and cherriing for him on the sidelines as he makes effort ahead of February, 2023.
