Tunde Jonathan, the son of former Senate President of Nigeria, David Mark, Mark, has died in a London hospital where he underwent treatment for cancer.

Tunde, who was reported died on Friday morning, was the first son of the former Senate President.

Tunde was born on October 13, 1971 and attended Yaba Military School where he obtained his first school leaving certificate, according to a terse statement by Mr. Paul Mumeh, the Special Adviser to the David Mark

Tunde would later proceed to Bradfield College, Berkshire, UK, for his Secondary school education.

Before his death, Tunde, obtained his B.Sc degree in Biochemistry from Kings College, London.

He also studied Immunology alongside biochemistry and later Biological Sciences in the Graduate School of Arts & Sciences, Harvard, Cambridge, Massachusetts.

According to the statement, the late Tunde Jonathan was married with a daughter and his funeral arrangements will be communicated in due course.
