Today, the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, Presidential Campaign Council, PCC, is launching a Crowdfund App to raise money for the campaigns of its presidential candidate, Bola Tinubu, and his running partner, Senator Kashim Shettima (Tuesday).

The introduction of the app was set to begin at 11 a.m. at the Civic Centre on Ozumba Mbadiwe Road in Victoria Island.

The Governor of Lagos State, Bababjide Sanwo-Olu, is likely to lead other dignitaries at the occasion.

The council said that the app will enable Nigerians to raise funds for their favorite presidential candidate, who is reputed to have amassed the best group of administrators in the history of Lagos state in order to achieve the objective.

The council declared that crowdfunding will lessen the influence of moneybags, offer more citizens a sense of belonging, and strengthen democracy in the country.
