Apple Classical Music App ready for launch on March 28

Apple has today announced plans of launching its latest music streaming platform which is based on uploading classical music.

The new Apple Music Classical app will be giving its subscribers an access to stream more than five million classical music which will also feature newly released tracks in high quality audio, exclusive albums in thousands and over hundreds of playlists, plus composer bios, amongst others.

Although, news have been flying that the Apple Music Classical app is set for use due its recent advertisements in the OS updates, Apple has confirmed that although the app has been announced today, it is only made available for pre-order until 28 March, when it will be released.

Apple also added that the new Apple Music Classical app will only work on iOS devices or devices with iOS 15.4.

According to Apple, the Apple Music Classical app will offer its users an easy user’s interface for accessing classical musics. This includes features for searching the artistes or composers, their songs and their catalog number.

The classical musics can also be streamed in standard quality audio with up to 192 kHz/24-bit Hi-Res Lossless.

Apple has also made plans for thousands of musics recordings to be made available in Apple’s immersive spatial audio.

While Apple has plans to make the classical music app an worthwhile experience for its users, it also adds that no extra charges will be incurred by the users as the app will be shipped alongside subscription for the the Apple Music.

Subscription plans on the Classical Music App include Individual ($10.99/mo), Family ($16.99/mo) plans, Student ($5.99/mo), and in the Apple One bundles.

Apple has also included plans of extending the service to Android users. But, for now, the Apple Classical Music App is supported on iOS devices.
